About me
I'm Yasir, a full-time programmer from Indonesia. At work I build automation. The rest of the time I learn languages.
I grew up with two native languages, Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Mandailing. Since then I've added English and German, and I'm working on French. Each new level gets a real exam, and I share the whole way there.

Why exams
A level only counts when it's tested.
Saying “I speak German” is easy. An exam makes it concrete: a level, a date, and four modules that all have to pass. So every season has one language, one goal and one exam.
Along the way I take mock tests and post every score, the bad ones too. Right now that's the Goethe-Zertifikat C2.
